INGREDIENTS: COD,WATER,TAPIOCA,MILK POWDER,SOYBEAN OIL (NON GMO),SALT,AND SPICES. PACKED BY SANDANGER AS GJERDSVIKA NORWAY. Ingredients: 1 can fish balls, Sherry, 2 tbsp. butter, Salt and pepper, 2 Tb. flour, Nutmeg, 1 cup milk. Preparation Instructions: Melt butter, add flour, blend, then add milk. Bring to a boil, add sherry, salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste. Add fish balls and simmer until heated thoroughly. Serves 2. Note: Use the canned variety of Norwegian fish balls. It is also very tasty to add shredded lobster or shrimps to the sauce.
